Capacitor calibration

Release time:

After the parameters have been set, begin the calibration procedure: lower the Z-axis until it is approximately 5 to 10 millimeters above the surface of the sheet material, then hold down the auxiliary key and press the Z-axis down button to start calibration.

Method for calibrating the capacitor: Commonly used under “Internal – Servo Control – Parameters – Calibration Settings.”

Before calibration, check whether the A-axis coordinate has a value; if it does, calibration cannot be performed.

Simply return the machine to its home position on the A axis.

After calibration is complete, let’s take a look at the calibration results. Typically, the “Follow Control” section displays the calibration results.

Both are optimal; the calibration result must not fall below the optimal level. If it does, the cutting process may become unstable.

Capacitance calibration is generally required only when the device is first powered on or when cutting performance is unstable.
