If you only use the arrow keys, it moves very slowly.

Import the cutting file after clamping.

Once it’s opened, we can take a look: it’s standing upright now, while our platform is lying down.

The current level setting is incorrect; if we were to cut directly, there’s a 100% chance the machine would be damaged. This must be carefully avoided! We’ll resolve this issue by adjusting the level setting.

We can manually rotate the machine head 90 degrees in this direction; during the rotation, we must ensure that the cutting head does not interfere with the workpiece.

If we were to intervene, it could damage the cutting head. Then we can check the coordinates and try to make them as whole numbers as possible.

Around 270—let’s check: if we’re facing the machine in this direction, the nose will be on the left.

Then, at the 270-degree position, manually set the centering in the machining process to the horizontal state.

Now let’s rotate the b-axis back again and take a look at the model on the system.

The orientation of our materials can now be aligned correctly.

After setting the horizontal state, we still need to go into the Layers panel.

Import the corresponding process, then go to the automatic tracking settings and change the tracking method. For H-beams, we use I-beam centering for tracking.

After making your selection, confirm, then turn on the laser power supply and open the optical shutter.

Before starting the cutting operation, you must first verify that the A-axis coordinate is at zero. If it is not, you need to return the machine to its mechanical origin.

After alignment, leave a small margin at the front, then zero the workpiece and start cutting.
