In addition, manual centering is extremely important. The machine’s X-axis must be perfectly horizontal. When setting the B-axis to the 0-degree position, ensure it is aligned horizontally; if this is done incorrectly, the machine could be severely damaged in serious cases.

Open the cutting software, go to the “Common” section, and locate the file. Then select it and open it.

After opening it, go to the Layers panel, import the corresponding cutting process, and then select the process before clicking OK.

Before cutting, the A-axis must still be checked; no parameters are allowed on the A-axis prior to cutting.

Coordinates are not allowed; if coordinates are present, the system must return to the origin. Then, in the automatic tracking mode...

If you choose the tracking method and opt for square tubing, we’ll use external tracking.

After setting to the horizontal state, import the process. Turn on the laser power and open the optical shutter.

Then align the front end of the material—just leave a small margin at the front, enough to ensure a clean cut.

At this point, we zero the workpiece and then press the Start button to begin cutting.
